Vicki Steere is the Executive Director of the Jobing Foundation, the corporate foundation of Jobing.com.  As such she is responsible for the development and management of the corporate social responsibility initiatives of the country’s largest locally-focused employment website.  Vicki is a veteran in the recruiting and employment marketing fields.  Before launching the Jobing Foundation, she was a Senior Director of Community Relations for Jobing.com, marketing to hundreds of thousands of job seekers and employers. Earlier in her career, Vicki recruited both locally and nationally for a wide variety of positions.  Vicki graduated with honors from both her BSBA with the University of Denver and her MBA at Grand Canyon University.  She has received continuing education certificates in Strategic Marketing Communications from Kellogg University, Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University, and is a Master Grad from Rapport International.  She is strongly involved in the community.  Vicki currently serves on the board for DenverWorks and the Denver Employment Alliance.  She is a past board member for the Society of Human Resource Management Colorado State Council, the Colorado Healthcare Association for Human Resource Management, former president for the Colorado Staffing Association and a former chair of the Colorado Business Leadership Network (a consortium of organizations placing people with disabilities).  Her employment articles have been published in both local and national publications.

She is available to as a speaker or guest lecturer for speaker’s fee + travel costs to professional associations, nonprofits, universities, and corporations. All of Ms. Steere’s speaking fees support the work of the Jobing Foundation.
